TPBOC Attends AeroDef Manufacturing Exposition and Technical Conference

Tradeshow Held to Showcase Advanced Technologies in the Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Industry

The Bank recently attended the 2013 AeroDef® Manufacturing conference, produced by the Society of Manufacturing Engineers in partnership with industry OEMs.  Held on March 19-21 at the Long Beach (CA) Convention Center, AeroDef Manufacturing is the leading exposition and technical conference for the aerospace and defense manufacturing industry.

Designed to create interaction and business relationships among exhibitors and buyers, AeroDef showcased the industry’s most advanced technologies.  From design, to product, to lifecycle sustainment, AeroDef included tools for every category needed to spread innovation throughout the supply chain.  Keynote speakers and panelists from the highest level of government and business were present at the conference to share their visions of the potential of technology, collaboration and public policy to transform manufacturing.  Additional supporters of the event included executives from Bell Helicopter, Boeing, EADS, General Dynamics, Lockheed Martin, the National Center for Defense Manufacturing and Machining, NASA, Northrop Grumman, and Raytheon.
