Annual Cal CPA Entertainment Industry Conference

The Private Bank attended the annual Entertainment Industry Conference recently hosted by Cal CPA. The event, held at the Beverly Wilshire Hotel in Beverly Hills, catered to CPAs, bankers, business managers, attorneys, CFOs and controllers whose clients include film, music and production studios, and related businesses within the entertainment industry. Several hundred people, many of whom are clients of the Bank, attended the conference.
“The event was a great opportunity for the Bank to network with prospective clients and referral sources as well as catch up with many of our current clients,” said Tina Van der Zee, Senior Vice President, Senior Relationship Manager of The Private Bank. “We look forward to becoming more involved with future Cal CPA Entertainment Conferences.”
The all-day event included panel topics such as Current Trends in Film, Entertainment Tax, Music Industry Updates, Trends in New Media, and Path to Fraud Prevention, among others.
