The Private Bank of California was, once again, a proud sponsor of the Annual ‘Commitment to a Cure’ 2012 Awards Gala benefiting the Arthritis Foundation.  Several representatives of the Bank were in attendance at the 25^th Annual Gala, recently held at the Beverly Hills Hotel.  The event honored actor, producer and humanitarian Danny Glover and Scott F. Kavanaugh, CEO of First Foundation Inc. and Chairman of the Board and CEO of First Foundation Bank.  Many celebrity guests attended to show their support for the Arthritis Foundation, including Malin Akerman, Vanessa Hudgens and Christopher Meloni of Law and Order: SVU fame.  Guests were also treated to a special live acoustic performance from the band Plain White T’s.

This year's Gala was the largest to date raising almost $940,000 for the Arthritis Foundation.  Funds raised at the event support research and vital programs to improve the lives of the 300,000 children and 50 million adults who suffer from arthritis, the most common cause of disability.  The Bank is committed to helping its community overcome challenges and the Foundation speaks to an issue that affects people of all ages in its community.
