Business Audience Learns About Current Southern California Commercial Lending Environment
The Private Bank of California took an active role in this year's 2012 Business Forum Series, as Executive Vice President Nick Zappia spoke to the audience about the current Southern California Commercial Lending environment. The event, held at The San Antonio Winery in Downtown Los Angeles, was a forum for Business Owners, Chief Financial Officers and Human Resource Directors. Mr. Zappia's presentation on the current Commerical Lending Environment informed the audience about trends in working capital commercial real estate lending and the lending criteria in today’s regulatory environment. In addition to Mr. Zappia, guest speakers from Bolton & Company and Morgan Stanley also presented their insights. Forum attendees indulged in a complimentary lunch while representatives from the aforementioned companies spoke about California Workers Compensation and Turbocharging 401(k) Employee Education.
