The Private Bank of California is a community bank committed to unsurpassed personal service. The Bank offers a full range of financial services for high net worth individuals, business owners, legal and financial professionals and their firms, and entertainment service businesses. Located on the 25th floor of 10100 Santa Monica Boulevard in Century City, the Bank is managed by a team of executives who formerly held senior leadership positions at successful Los Angeles banking organizations. The Bank is a California state-chartered institution and member of the FDIC.

The Bank received a $5.4 million preferred stock investment from the U.S. Department of Treasury's Capital Purchase Program ("CPP") in February 2009. By injecting capital into healthy financial institutions, the CPP was designed to improve the flow of credit to consumers and businesses, promote recovery of the U.S. economy and restore confidence in the U.S. financial system. As a CPP participant, the Bank is subject to certain requirements promulgated by Treasury, including the adoption of a luxury expenditures policy.
